FINISHED SIZE: 7 1/4” WIDTH X 12 1/2" HEIGHT X 3 1/4” DEPTH (APPROX.)
Supplies:
- 1 yd medium weight canvas, denim, suede, corduroy, etc. for the exterior (can use different coordinating fabric for the exterior pocket if you want - fat quarter should be enough for the pocket.)
- 1 yd for lining fabric
- 1 yd medium weight fusible interfacing (don't need interfacing if you are making a leather bag)
- 1/8 yd faux leather for the front bottom of bag (can buy a small roll for future bags)
- (1) 21.5" #5 zipper for opening (can use 4yd zippers to make your own)
- (1) 5.5" all-purpose zipper for lining pocket (can use 7" and cut down to size)
- (2) 1" D rings for strap
- (1) 1" slider adjuster for strap
- (1) 1" swivel clasp for strap
- 1 to 1.2 yds of 1" webbing for back strap and D ring holder
- 2 yds of 1.5" width bias tape --- can make your own binding with your lining fabric (can demonstrate in class)
- Spool of coordinating thread

Registration Deadline: April 25, 2026
Sewing Machine Rentals available for $25/session. Reservations must be made in advance of class through A Clean Stitch Sewing Center.
Students may cancel up to 1 week before class for a refund in the form of a store credit equal to the cost of the class. Any cancellations after 1 week before class will NOT be refunded.
Late registrations may be available and are at the discretion of the shop in coordination with the instructor. Please contact A Clean Stitch Sewing Center for late registration inquiries.
