Cadence Top/Dress

Join Janet Szabo, and experienced garment sewist and make this top or make it as a dress!

The Cadence is a shift-style dress & top meant for wovens. Darts at the bust give the dress shaping, while the ease through the waist and hips give you a comfortable, easy to wear fit. The neckline and arms are finished with facings for easy construction.

Cadence Dress Features:

• Meant for woven fabrics
• 3 lengths: shirt, knee length, and maxi
• Knee length slits on maxi
• Optional casing for drawstring or elastic
• 5 sleeve options: tank, short, 3/4, flare and bishop
• 2 neckline options: scoop and notched scoop
• Full Bust option

PATTERN PURCHASING DETAILS: A Clean Stitch Sewing Center has purchased a license for a number of seats in the class/patterns. Your pattern will be delivered digitally and will require you to log into the Love Notions website and register with a personal code to download the pattern. If you have trouble, please call the shop.

If registrations do not meet the minimum students required the class will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. Registration minimum for this class: 4

Registration Deadline: June 7, 2025

Sewing Machine Rentals available for $25/session. Reservations must be made in advance of class through A Clean Stitch Sewing Center.

Students may cancel up to 1 week before class for a refund in the form of a store credit equal to the cost of the class. Any cancellations after 1 week before class will NOT be refunded.

Late registrations may be available and are at the discretion of the shop in coordination with the instructor. Please contact A Clean Stitch Sewing Center for late registration inquiries.
